Classic pizzas based on tomato, mozzarella and many other top quality ingredients including Cantabrian anchovies, Apulian burrata, Petra flour, fiordilatte, Campania’s bufala and San Marzano tomato. Every day we work with love and dedication the dough, as required by the recipe handed down over time, offering different types: plain dough, black rice, hemp and pizzas in the pala.
